Order Delivery
We process orders within 1–3 business days of receiving payment. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Europe / North America / Australia : 2–7 business days
- Rest of the World : 10–21 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or carrier delays.
Damages
We take great care in packaging your items, but accidents can happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@golden-vibes.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and make sure to include clear photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it, whether through a replacement or refund.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, we may have already begun processing your order, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
- Refunds: We offer refunds for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. To request a refund, please contact us at info@golden-vibes.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a description of the issue, along with supporting photos if applicable. Any refund can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
- Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as personalized or final sale products, are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.
