How long does shipping take ?

How can I return or request a refund ?

Returns or refunds are mainly eligible for damaged items. Contact our customer support with pictures as proof, and if approved, we’ll process your refund within 3 days.

How can I cancel or modify my order ?

Once your order has been placed, you have 2 hours maximum request a cancellation or an order modification. After this delay it won’t be possible because our team will be already working on fulfilling the order. 

If you need to modify the shipping address you can notify us up to 24hours after your order has been placed.
